Due to Hurricane Helene’s impact on our North Carolina-based motor supplier, our primary 12V DC motor was discontinued earlier this year. We’ve since identified a promising new supplier, and prototype testing is currently underway.

The new motor is expected to offer improved efficiency while maintaining the same performance standards our customers expect. Full production is expected to resume by November 2025.

We are still accepting orders for these units, which will be built and shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. Several orders are already pending, and we’ll begin fulfillment as soon as production restarts.
